A message from our CEO:

The health and well-being of our employees, their families and our community are our number one priority at Muzo. However, as a team, we are also determined to continue to provide exceptional service to our customers.

To all our friends, suppliers and customers, we hope everyone is safe and well.

Despite these current challenging circumstances here at Muzo we remain positive and upbeat about the future. I am very proud of our team as they implement ways to help their families, neighbours and communities whilst still maintaining an amazing work ethic. We continue to design and manufacture unique, inclusive, mobile, 21st century furniture.

Currently Muzo is able to fulfil all orders on time.

All Muzo office/administration staff are working from home but can assist you as normal.
As a global business we are used to communicating remotely with our customers at all hours of the day
and all production scheduling/inventory control is electronic/cloud based. Wherever you are in the world we
can assist you with honesty, integrity and accurate information.

We have a huge inventory at our PA Factory with at least 6 months stock of all components (based on last year sales) with the exception of special laminates.

Muzo will not be laying off any of our workforce. All our suppliers will be paid on time, every time. We are a family and “we are all in this together”.

We are pressing ahead with continued expansion of our USA production facilities with the aim of creating 50 new jobs before the end of the year.

Re our renowned table systems: Fortunately our policy has been to increase production of frame and leg kits in the winter months in order to be way ahead of any Spikes in the summer. Our challenges currently revolve around our customers ability to receive orders. Any information on likely delays will be gratefully received and delivery schedules adjusted.

Our upholstery division remains in full production due to dispensation as a supplier to Teaching Universities/Healthcare.
We are open for business whilst working safely within State and National guidelines.

Muzo invested heavily last year in the ability to do online virtual tours and broadcast quality presentations from our Chicago showroom. We see this investment being beneficial to all our customers. It is a safe way to present as only requires the presenter to be on site. We also will forward pdf’s of our new exciting products over the coming weeks.

We know these are challenging times but I would like to reassure everyone that our customer service team are fully focused and can assist you with any information you may require. Simply email sales@muzo-works.com and we will reply within 1 hour.

Lastly, we are unable to meet with our customers physically or host our Muzo tours and events this year so our team are planning Virtual events, showcasing our furniture, design thinking and importantly our live music!!!

To help us through the isolation many of us turn to our music as a source of comfort and inspiration.
